Love Aurora they really care about your pet. My cat is very calm when he goes there.
Thanks to the people here and at After Hours where they coordinated to take care of my cat, Mabel is back to her old self now. Also honestly not that expensive. Mabel was hospitalized for a day at Aurora with a serious liver issue and had bloodwork and imaging done (as well as treatment like medications and IV rehydration) and it came to about 800 bucks. Way less than I expected.
Extremely unfriendly front desk staff. The doctor I saw seemed to rush me out. I had adopted a dog from the shelter and brought it in for its initial exam and had no idea where to go so I just picked the first vet that came up. The receptionists rolled their eyes and audibly sighed at me. I assumed since I adopted a stray from the shelter the vet would recommend a kennel cough or parvo vaccine but she didn't recommend anything and we left without any services aside from the "exam" which was not very thorough to say the least... read more
