I have been going to Aurora Dental Care for about 10 years now. Prior to that, I was having difficulty finding a dentist since I moved here from the Albany area. I thought I would have to settle, because I grew up with the best dentist in the world, but I was pleasantly wrong. It took 5 years, but I found a dentist that is exactly like my dentist in Albany in Aurora Dental Care. Great job as always by Aurora Dental. My Dental Hygienist, Debbie, is the greatest as is all the staff. I recently referred a friend to Aurora Dental and she couldn't stop raving about the service and quality of care.
As always, service was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. Any questions I had were fully answered and I felt confident that all COVID related concerns were met while at my appointment. Kerri is amazing and I am so grateful she is my hygienist!!
During this unprecedented pandemic, Carrie was very patient and reassuring regarding my questions regarding disinfection procdures. She is an asset to the practice and the patients.
I knew Aurora Dental would be complying with Covid 19 rules but I was really impressed with just how much they are doing to keep their patients (and staff) safe. Clearly a huge investment in the office equipment and staff protocol. As usual, Kerri did a phenomenal job of my cleaning, even with the extra procedures in place. A+ ladies!
