Horrible secretary and unreliable psychiatrist. Wouldn't recommend. The doctor clearly doesn't care for his patients and cancels a LOT. Secretary is mean spirited and won't refill meds at all even with a canceled appointment by the doctor.
He's reliable and he knows what he's doing. Was referred to Dr. Singhal in 2018, and coming back to him in 2022. Be aware, he's got a thick accent.
