Steve Stein's approach is to truly help others above making a sale. He hooked my father-in-law up with some gratis services that really improved his hearing and his enjoyment of TV and bird calls. This practice is so different than many others who are like used car salespeople. My in-laws couldn't stop talking about how nice he was and how much time he spent with them.
My son (6) has had what I would call unbelievable results with the speech pathologist.
