I love working with Charlene. She is knowledgeable and kind, meeting me where I am and adjusting plans as we go. As someone recovering from an eating disorder, her work aligns - just say the word, and there's no diet or restriction talk. I’ve seen Charlene several times and every time I do, I just feel better leaving with her advice and recommendations. I’ve already recommended her to friends as I was recommended by one of mine. The conversations with her are always great and the way she tests you for multiple sensitivities/deficiencies is mind blowing and honestly just really cool. I loved every session with her!

Charlene is the best! She is thoughtful and thorough in her approach as my wellness coach. Her ability to get to the root of the problem and work from there amazes me!
