I’ve seen Charlene several times and every time I do, I just feel better leaving with her advice and recommendations. I’ve already recommended her to friends as I was recommended by one of mine. The conversations with her are always great and the way she tests you for multiple sensitivities/deficiencies is mind blowing and honestly just really cool. I loved every session with her!

Charlene is the best! She is thoughtful and thorough in her approach as my wellness coach. Her ability to get to the root of the problem and work from there amazes me! She always has practical solutions to increasing my wellbeing today and in the future. I can’t stress enough how important her role in my life has played. A while back Charlene performed a food sensitivity test and a medical reiki session..During the reiki session she picked up on an issue. I followed up with a specialist who indeed discovered a cyst with ultrasound...which was monitored.. (and eventually dissipated) Charlene is very knowledgeable, helpful and is very attune to ones' issues !
