Current employee. This company is definitely a good one. They take good care of their customers and employees. Im happy to work for them as a heater operator 3 year update No raises, and probably never will be either. They lied to us and said we would , but obviously ... Lol We lost our trucks and are in shacks now. Long term employees are leaving and going to better opportunities and management isnt even fighting to keep them. No long term growth to make more money. Great Company great staff
It's no wonder they have one review and only 1 star. They are a terrible company to work for. They don't pay their employees for their full time worked, don't pay overtime correctly half the time. They send their employees on jobsite for 2 months plus without a single day off and will not let them have any holidays off. Working Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Not a family oriented company and just all around terrible to their employees. If I could give zero stars I would.
