My car was sent to this body shop after getting hit by a deer. I was told that they would keep in touch. It has been days and I have not heard anything from them. I have not gotten an estimate or any notice if they can fix it or not. Poor communication.
Excellent service from start to finish. Drop off and pick up smooth (including car rental process). Handled details with insurance company. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend. Jodi was great!
Aureus was a good choice on my part. I was hoping to find a place that would do quality work and within a reasonable timeframe and they did just that. Everything was smooth from the rental to the repairs and I would use them again if ever needed. “Hopefully won’t need them again lol”
