Called for a frw times for an appt, had to leave voicemail no call back. Scheduled online and got a call back that said they have to schedule that the online system doesnt sync to their schedule. Got on the schedule took time off work to go get an estimate. Went for estimate he was done in 5 mins said would follow up. Never heard back and made repeated calls. :(
Addaie Amankwaah was extremely rude to me. I will never give them my business again based on how unprofessional he was. End of story. The shop made a mistake. They wouldn’t own up to it. Oh well. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away based on my experience with him. That is all. The shops response is funny considering the damage they refer too was the the underside of my car flying off on the highway on my way home from their shop.
