Very happy with their service, especially Rachael Lim, the Operations Manager, who was incredibly prompt and efficient in responding to my queries. The process from quote, installation and after sales service was effortless. Jin was always helpful with all my enquiries prior to and after purchase. The installation team (Finden solar) were efficient and left the area spotless. Redx 10kwh batteries are now setup and functioning with decent app to monitor
