The medical procedure went well but the pre and post was very bad. On arrival to hospital on time I registered and was checked in then was brought to waiting area where I waited 1.5 hour. Then I get a call from the office that I was supposed to check in at 9am. I told them I arrived at 9 checked in and was in the waiting area. I asked the person calling people what’s going on and some how I was not showing up as checked in. Finally after 1.5 hrs they brought her in. The procedure went well. Dr. Duran and his staff were excellent!They were very attentive, informative, knowledgeable, cordial and I highly recommend him and his staff .My family and myself were very pleased with the follow-up after my surgery. The care level from this group was impeccable.
