Got a gift for Christmas. Owner was very nice but quality was sub par. I had a facial and massage and noted multiple times when I opened my eyes she was on her phone scrolling with one hand while performing 1 handed service with the other. massage was a bunch of random things (cupping that fell off, incense, massager tool etc that wasn't cohesive nor therapeutic) I've had many professional facials and massages and this wasn't it
