Be warned: this salon shows zero empathy for actual medical emergencies. I ended up in the ER on the day of my appointment due to a severe allergic reaction. My husband called them right away. Upon being discharged, we went to the salon with my hives still visible and my hospital wristband on. Instead of showing any compassion, the owner falsely accused me of having a history of last-minute cancellations. Took my 9yo daughter here to get her hair done for her first day of school. I was so nervous at first because I’ve had so many bad experiences with other salons. Aurelia’s hair salon is AMAZING. From the first time I walked it the receptionist was warm and welcoming. My daughter’s stylist was Erika and even though at first she seemed a bit cold she did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair.
