Wait time: The wait was appropriate - I was taken in a couple minutes before my appointment time, and the appointment itself was a typical time length. (I also arrived early as suggested) This was my 1st visit and the whole office was very calm and helpful with admins, nurse & tech staff -having the best intentions. If I could give zero stars I would. Showed up for an appointment. Was told by receptionist that I needed X-rays. This was BEFORE the doctor even saw me. I told them I didn't want X rays. Still had to wait for all the patients ahead of me to get their X-rays back. Waited an hour and wasn't even shown a room. I canceled my appointment. Horrible practice management.

Dr. Nattiv cared for me with both hip and knee issues for close to 10 years. I found her care excellent at all times. Having retired (from UCLA) and moved out of Los Angeles to a very rural area (closest hospital is 30 miles away) I miss her care.
