SO DISAPPOINTED!!! New to the area tried this nail salon out for a dip manicure. They had cute pics online. Cut my nails too short. Not a great shape and super thin. A nail broke within a week, they were rude to me when I went in to fix it …said they were closed at just after 6pm and then said I needed an appointment. Going out of town in the morning, I went to a different salon to fix it. Too bad they suck and have bad customer service too. BOO!!!!
Had an absolute horrible experience here and would have given zero stars. I came with my family for a much-needed pedicure. Every time I mentioned a concern to my nail tech during the process, my nail tech Tammy, seemed extremely annoyed. I’m usually not a complainer, but it seemed that she was not excited about being at work today. In the end, I ended up with a color I don’t even like and with uneven toe nail lengths. Edit: I was in today. I was a little frustrated no one communicated to me that who I requested to do my pedicure and manicure weren’t doing it. Well I was pleasantly surprised. My pedicure lady didn’t have a name tag on. My manicure was done by Miu. Both did a great job! I share this because really everyone is great here! It’s been awhile since I’ve pampered myself. I had the best pedicure experience! The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional! The salon was very clean. I'd recommend highly!
