Ralph saved my bacon on short notice with a last minute ring size adjustment. He was wonderful, patient and professional.
I have never had custom jewelry made before but Ralph was recommended to me by a friend. I had an idea of what I wanted and Ralph listened and designed a ring that I wear often and get complimented on. I had some valuable older jewelry that I never wore and Ralph used it to make the new piece. It was a great experience!
