They are always friendly and approachable and take the time to explain what is going on with your car in normal, everyday language, which I really appreciate! Cam and his team are incredible! Fit me in last minute for my rego then were able to squeeze in a service between my busy night shifts. They were flexible with my pick up times and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!
First time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a bad review, but unfortunately my experience with Cam and this workshop has been that disappointing. They actually seem capable and, to be honest, it doesn’t look like a bad place at all – but this time they’ve just done a really bad job. They replaced the turbo on my van but failed to diagnose the real problem, which turned out to be a stuck-open EGR valve. After spending a lot of money, the van still wasn’t running properly.
