I do not care for Balagani at all. I asked a question regarding a procedure and he gave a very rude, sarcastic response. Patients (and attending family members) have the right to ask about a procedure being done and how it is performed. The next time, I was accompanying my mother and they waited until the last minute to tell me I couldn't be with her in the office. This was not a surgical center or hospital. Great staff. Care was wonderful. Site clean and attractive.
Both eyes with Cataract surgery recently. Absolutely a great experience with the good doctor and his team. I see better now than I have in 20 years. Well done. Thank you.
Overbooking leads to long waits. Masks required but since most do not wear masks correctly,it's a joke.
