J’ai découvert le yoga à une période difficile de ma vie, et je cherchais un endroit calme et apaisant pour le pratiquer. C’est là que j’ai trouvé Aura, et sincèrement, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux ! Les professeurs sont d’une bienveillance et d’une douceur incroyables. Une expérience qui mérite largement 5 étoiles !

My favorite Yoga studio in Gatineau ! Staff and teachers are the best. You MUST try a Yin class with Stephane if you’re a beginner or just looking for a soft “hug” session feeling.
