Just moved here- noisy after hours, pool/ jacuzzi offen closed for fixer ups, lots of trash laying around in on the trash room floors and numbs around common places, things don’t work as they supposed to as they say on the walking tour - they are willing to fix it but it is not convenient bc when you need it it is not provided what you paid for ! Sadly not exciting 2 frost mi the here noticing almost the flows I have to deal in the future
I’ve been living here for almost 9–10 months and still have a few months left on my lease. The only good thing about this complex is David (maintenance) and Evan (leasing) — both have been great. Other than that, the experience has been disappointing. There was literal poop in the hallway that stayed there for multiple days. The complex is marketed as a luxury apartment, but the garages have been full of trash and car parts since I moved in, and they haven’t been cleaned once.
