Could not be happier with the amazing staff and service. We recently experienced a dental surgery and illness with both of our Dachshunds. Everyone involved has been really caring and professional from the vets to the admin ladies. Thanks for taking such a good care of our furry kids.
I was truly touched by our visit to Aura Vet. After many years and many vets, it was the first time I saw my dog get vaccinated with no stress or fear. The staff are so gentle and caring, you can feel their genuine love for animals from the moment you walk in.
I can not recommend this vet any higher!! They have been nothing but supportive and understanding when it comes to pet care, our 8 year old had recently had ACL surgery and every visit we have been so cared for! Thankyou to all the vets/vet nurses and reception 🤍 special thanks to nurse Evie and surgeon Sebastian who even called us at 6pm (after hours) to check in how he was going!
We brought our boy Rusty here for the first time & the service was amazing. The lady on reception (we didn’t catch her name) was warm & welcoming with lots of great information for us. Dr Candice was absolutely amazing Rusty didn’t even flinch when he got his vaccine etc, she was absolutely lovely with him. Evie the nurse trimmed his nails too & was absolutely lovely & gentle again Rusty didn’t even flinch. Amazing place so glad we have Rusty going here. Thank you so much.
