I received a facial and massage by Mona and Julisa. Julisa is amazing! She is a true healer and I'd follow her anywhere. Mona, however, charged me $70 for services that I didn't receive. When I called the spa to correct it, the woman who answered the phone (Sheena) told me she would call me back twice and refund the charges and never did. When I called again, she told me that Mona had gone over my charges with me when she checked me out.
