I wanted to write a better review and I wish I could. I lived here for five years and actually enjoyed my time staying here. However, when moving out, the disposition process was horrible. I received a letter with multiple payments that were taken out of my security deposit which I had already paid for. Update to add: Rent was increased a few months back stating it was for "building improvements. No improvements! The cleaning person is just pushes a dust broom around and talks on the phone once a week (if that). The halls look the same before and after her "sweeping". The pool has yellow algae & no pool safety signage. The repairs they do around the building are unprofessional and poorly done. They take rent and do nothing to maintain things. Look, this place isn't perfect but I've never had issues with management. Wendy the property manager has been great as long as I've lived here.

Nothing luxury about this place! Common areas unusable - patio furniture on deck and pool area is broken, in disrepair and filthy. Halls and common areas are always dirty. Just poorly managed & maintained all around. Keeps getting worse over time.
