Nothing luxury about this place! Common areas unusable - patio furniture on deck and pool area is broken, in disrepair and filthy. Halls and common areas are always dirty. Just poorly managed & maintained all around. Keeps getting worse over time.

If you value your sanity and your wallet, DO NOT RENT HERE. This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare, thanks to shady management and their blatant disregard for tenants. Let’s start with the insane $120 late fee they charge—even when your rent isn’t late! I paid my rent on time every single month, but one month I submitted my payment on the 1st at around 9 PM. Horrible management!!! I tried to get a viewing set up for a listing on a 1bd/ 1bath they had advertised for 3 weeks. No response to calls or emails. Applied for a listing on their website to find out later the real price was $500 more a month than advertised. Had to get refunded for my application for a credit check they never even bothered to run.

I would NOT recommend moving in here! After living her a little over a year, my girlfriend and I moved out due to extreme noise issues (the walls are like paper). The apartment wasn't cleaned when we moved in. We found crumbs, pictures of the last couple that lived there, and pieces of dog food everywhere. When we moved out they basically STOLE our deposit!
