I wanted to write a better review and I wish I could. I lived here for five years and actually enjoyed my time staying here. However, when moving out, the disposition process was horrible. I received a letter with multiple payments that were taken out of my security deposit which I had already paid for. I gathered my receipts and sent them to the leasing manager at the time and she said she would bring this up and get back to me. Almost a year later I have not heard back despite multiple follow ups. Update to add: Rent was increased a few months back stating it was for "building improvements. No improvements! The cleaning person is just pushes a dust broom around and talks on the phone once a week (if that). The halls look the same before and after her "sweeping". The pool has yellow algae & no pool safety signage. The repairs they do around the building are unprofessional and poorly done. They take rent and do nothing to maintain things.
