They charged me more than agreed amount. They all themselves lawyer but they will rip you off. I have launched the complained against them but ...............
I have no idea if all Solicitors are arrogant, but they must be. Since the "Hello" via email in Mar 18th, they sent a huge email including "everything required". After our reply, there was no response, not even "thank for the information" and they kept absolutely quite until April 12th(6 days before the the settlement ). I have to admit that I am a newbie on buying a property but their "Silent Service" did contribute a lot in making client exhausted.
