Very disappointing experience overall. We were told the project would take 2 weeks, but it dragged on for over 3½ months, and nothing moved forward unless we kept following up. There was constant back-and-forth about what was included and what wasn’t. Things that were discussed as included later showed up as extra charges, and some pricing felt extremely high compared to retail. It was a very bad experience to work with this company. The owner Onkar is nice until work is done and paid but he and his manager Preet does not listen if there is any problem to fix.. I am not satisfied and do not recomond them at all
Aura Kitchens is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. They still haven’t made my payment since 2024, and despite many calls and messages, no one responds or gives any clear answer. It’s been months of waiting with no communication and no respect for employees.
They did a great job renovating our old and broken kitchen.
Called to see if I can get a booking for a design consultation and the call was answered with "what do you want". Immediately no.
