We built our home in Perth while living in QLD Luke made the whole process a breeze from design to completion - giving us intelligent and professional advice when we had variations and other queries. I like some of their designs. Contacted Aura homes to build; told they won't build in our area. Fair enough. A week later they emailed me asking if I'd reviewed their email and they'd love to help up build. Replied to email querying if they had reconsidered and they never got back to me.
Luke is very approachable and you can ask basic questions without being embarrssed The house was built according to time and cost The Aura homes staff were slslo bery approchable anf helpful Communucation was excellent Calls were always reurned Any issues foumd diring the inspection were attended to
