I referred a client to Aura Home Health because I know the client personally and know Aura would be the best choice. I attended client’s first visit because I also help take care of said client. Nurse Gaynor was very polite, she listened to every question client has and answered promptly. She gave a training regarding catheter and proper disposal of urine.
