Terrible customer service - I came across this salon through a Google search while looking for a colorist in the Northland. A persons name called, “January” came up and it said that she worked at Arora salon. I tried phoning to make an appointment and reached a recording that said that the salon was closed all that week. DID great trim with my hair.
I came across Aura in my search for a quality salon. After visiting the web page I followed the site's directions to complete an Appointment Request Form. The form requires that you answer several questions, upload a picture of yourself, and upload pictures of your desired hair style. It asks that you allow 48 hours for response.
