Booked appointment drove here was told they don’t have anything booked for me and that their website doesn’t work always. How about you fix your website and don’t waste peoples time
Today I had my haircut with Yulia. She is great, polite and experienced. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, and she did a great job by styling my hair the way I wanted it. I will definitely go back to her at my next appointment. Thank you, Yulia 😊
Nice people but really disappointing service. Didn't fully listen when I explained what I wanted, fried my hair by overprocessing it, and let me leave the salon like that. Should've set me up with a solution on how to repair all the damage! No one should pay a fortune and leave with worse, harder to manage hair.
