I finally found a hair experience I have been looking for in Nanaimo. Becca listened and provided me the cut I wanted. She is an excellent stylist. Her advice for future transition treatments made sense and I will be back to have it done. The boutique vibe was calming. The hair washing station was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I had my hair done by Becca, while visiting Nanaimo from Calgary, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! She added both highlights and lowlights and blended them seamlessly! It turned out better than I had even pictured! She also gave me a nice trim, refreshing my ends! She really took the time to ask proper questions and listen to what I wanted! The entire appointment was so much fun, I absolutely love my hair, and even though this was a new style, I’m hooked and will most definitely be doing it again!

I’m so glad I found Aura and Grace. The salon is so beautifully styled and comfortable, and I love the little details like a hot latté included in the service. Grace has been my stylist for over 3 years, and she is amazing at balayage/lived in balayage. I eventually went back to my natural colour and she made the transition so smooth and low maintenance. She’s also so easy to talk to and a very lovely person!
