Very disappointed! I made an appointment but had to cancel it a few hours beforehand due to an emergency. They told me I had to pay $250 for that... but eventually, they rescheduled me without a fee. The appointment was today, and since it was three months out, I didn't remember it... yet they claim I confirmed it yesterday. What bothers me is that it's a LIE—they didn't call or text me at all. Now, to get a new appointment, I have to put down a $100 deposit... I'd be better off finding another office.
