We used Aura event hire for a hens party to hire a backdrop arch, neon sign and their flower towers and the product they delivered was incredible! Their customer service was outstanding with great communication and the entire process from drop off to pick up of their decorations was flawless. Could not rate them more highly and will absolutely look to use their service in the future. Such a great company to deal with!

Honestly, they were the absolute best to work with! They dropped everything off in the morning and picked it up the next day, no hassle at all. Gayani was so lovely to deal with, really helpful, and even offered suggestions to make everything come together perfectly. The whole process was stress-free, and the setup looked absolutely amazing. I’d definitely recommend them!
