Absolutely incredible experience! I decided to pull the trigger on a Paradigm Defiance X15 just three days before Christmas, fully expecting it to arrive well after the holidays. To my surprise, Stephane responded to my inquiry promptly even though it was their off day. He went above and beyond to process the order, and the sub arrived at my door with time to spare before the 25th. If you're looking for high-end audio gear with world-class support, this is the place. Highly recommend Aura design.
Had a small project requiring the installation of a TV and surround sound system in a basement undergoing renovations. Consulted with Andrew prior to and all the way until completion. Andrew was always available to discuss and provided options, considerations, and recommendations for our project. 10/10. Will only go with Aura Design for any of my AV needs in the future.
