Dr. Wallace is a great dentist—friendly, kind, and accommodating. However multiple time experiences with front desk staffs, aren't welcoming; they just sit around, which makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I also tried calling 15 minutes before closing, they didn’t answer. —Edit, they phoned me and booked me in as early as possible for my appointment and the lady at rochdale apologized. Thanks!
Received a really bad customer service from the front desk. Receptionist doesn't care and also not able to communicate. And started laughing after I left the front desk as in like I can't see them. Atleast hire people who can communicate! Do not hire just to showcase diversity, it would be better to pay someone a dollar or two for a work if that person's good with people. I hope the message will be taken into serious consideration, although don't have any high hopes.
Am in Regina from BC and was taken on as a new patient as soon as I called.. The entire staff were wonderful! My new dentistry shop when I am in town.
I went to this dentist as I had extreme tooth pain. That tooth had crown on top and I had root canal done as well. Dr. Mishra helped me on my first visit and she was very nice. She asked me multiple times before touching my gum that if I am feeling any pain. Her advice was to get the tooth removed as the roots were infected and it’s best the extraction get done as soon as possible.
