Extreamly disappointed with our brand new Aura caravan. Brought brand new and have had nothing but endless problems since day one. Ishan the owner told me all would be fixed under warranty, assured me it would be sorted. Never fixed properly and still have water damaged all through the van. Would never purchase from this company again. Communication is non existent when you need help.

Don’t waste your money on these caravans, I brought one brand new and first week it pored rain it flooded the cabinets. ( front lights were not sealed ) Took 6 months to get a warranty, then the warranty just sprayed over all the water damaged timber. Aura caravans did not help at all, just wrote me off. So I still have a water damaged caravan 2 years on. Also the workmanship is sub standard to many issues to list. Stay away you have been warned.

Our van is with Aura Caravans at the moment supposedly having some warranty and insurance work done. We were told. It would be done in 2-3 weeks. More than a month later and no contact. I have called, emailed and messaged no less than 10 times with no response. They are essentially holding our caravan without any recourse. Terrible customer service
