I had been to this place once a while ago and it was great. I had an appointment recently, and when it came time to pay, I felt scammed. I was supposed to pay for eyebrow waxing and had to make a $7 co-pay on the app to schedule, but when I went to pay, they made me pay $30. To top it off, they gave me the wrong change because I paid with two $20 bills and left a $10 tip for the person who did the service, and they only gave me back $7. Just got a Tranquility Facial with Grier at the Align Wellness location. Walking into the room was so calming and welcoming with the relaxing scent. Grier asked about how my skin history and in dept how how this hydrating facial would benefit my skin with it being dry from the summer. The upper back and scalp massage was such an added bonus! It was honestly the best facial and left with a glowing face.

Got a tranquility facial with Lexi at the new Align location and it was amazing! The facial was incredibly relaxing and the pressure was perfect. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and the products used did not irritate me at ALL. I have already noticed the improvement of my skin/acne! The room felt so calm and peaceful, I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Every detail made the experience feel so luxurious. Highly recommend!!
I recently got the Tranquility Facial with Grier after being a longtime customer of AURA, and I was excited to finally check out the new space at Align Wellness Collective. This treatment truly combines the best of both worlds. A deeply hydrating, plumping facial paired with an incredible head and upper body massage. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend the Tranquility Facial to anyone looking for effective skincare while also getting the chance to completely unwind and relax.
