Since the beginning of lease was told construction was being done next door, was giving a “credit” due to construction which was due to be done end of August, it is now December and not only has construction not stopped but also no courtesy or credit of any type has been offered. If you work from or work late hours and are planning to sleep during the day this is not the place to live. On a positive note, all the maintenance staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Toss out that alarm clock!! Don’t worry…you won’t need it living here. I am a travel nurse and have lived in countless apartments. This is the LOUDEST place I have ever lived. Oh..and they throw in a nice added fee for short term even though it’s right by the hospital. Not travel nurse friendly at all. Not “Luxury” at all. It’s giving dorm vibes.
So noisy it's impossible to sleep. I know it's downtown but some of the units face the frontage road and ambulances drive up and down it to reach the emergency room. There is so little sound insulation that I can hear the wind rustling and that means that I am constantly woken up while trying to sleep by ambulance sirens wailing. It's insane and legitimately hurting me at this point. I've never written a review before but after the chronic sleep deprivation I'm furious.
