I love how consistent and reliable Aura is. I usually get the same thing each time, and am never disappointed. Especially love the "text to make an appointment" feature as it is easier with my lifestyle. Overall, always happy with the services when I leave!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Aura Salon. I was very clear about wanting to keep my hair long (it was past my breasts when I arrived) and showed exactly where I wanted it to fall. The stylist cut at least 4 inches shorter than I asked for. I left with hair just past my collarbones, losing close to 10 inches in total. I went in for a trim and an undercut with Megan, and she did an amazing job! Before my appointment, she actually looked up inspiration photos based on what we had discussed, which I really appreciated. She was prepared, enthusiastic, and clearly excited about helping me get the look I wanted. The attention to detail and care she put into the cut really shows. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The salon itself is beautiful—clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Natasha is wonderful. She does an amazing job with my hair every time. She takes the time to listen to requests. She is always friendly and easy to talk to. All of the stylists are outgoing and welcoming. Great experience getting my hair done here!
