Alexis is an amazing stylist. I've been a regular of hers for awhile in PTBO, and she consistently delivers above and beyond whatever I was looking to get. Alexis is also honest when she thinks something will or won't work with your hair, and never leads clients astray, which is SO appreciated in a stylist! Even when she moved further away and I was only a monthly client in ptbo, she saw me last minute at Aura, after I had a hair colour fiasco at another salon. Awesome salon with endless services! Meg, Rachael, Johnna are highly recommended, they’re awesome at what they do! Space is always clean, welcoming and relaxing. Staff are professional and I am always a happy customer when I walk out the door <3
I went in today for the very first time to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and my lashes lifted and tinted. To say I am completely satisfied would be an understatement! Rachael is a master of her craft and a genuinely sweet person. My appointment flew by as we chatted about common interests, she kept me comfortable and checked in regularly, and the results are to die for! I will be a regular of Rachael’s from now on. I can leave the house with zero makeup on and still feel put together! Thank you so much!
