I recently took my three Pomeranians to Aunty's Grooming and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. One of my pups has a history of aggression, which had gotten us turned away from two other groomers. I was really nervous about how it would go, but Aunty's Grooming handled her with such care and professionalism—there were zero issues! Don’t know what more I could possibly do to get an appointment here. I’ve called multiple times on separate occasions, gone down there only for the door to be locked with an appointment only sign and a number to text. I text that number and still never get a response. All the reviews seem to be good but I’m just looking to get to the self serve tubs and can’t seem to find a way to do it. Hopefully other new customers have better luck that I have had.

Tried to schedule an appointment but only got voicemail. The message informed me to leave a message and someone would call me back in 24 hours. No good in my case.
