A beautiful quiet place. Can't wait to get back
First of all, let me say that customer service was excellent. Also, they provide a number of free local tickets which we used a couple and that saved us a little money. But this review is for the TERRIBLE cabin we rented from them called GOSPHEL GETAWAY. When we arrived, it was immediately apparent the A/C was not working. Called it in and the maintenance guy that showed up tried to tell me I didn’t know how to operate the remote. So we lived with an inoperative A/C unit. Beautiful Cabin... all clean rooms.. Beautiful kitchen ware.. nice an cozy.. hot tub was clean and ready for use... 20 min drive from both towns Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.. so not too far out but far enough! Absolutely beautiful drive into town! Would definitely rent from here again!!! 😊
The whole experience was amazing . We are already trying to plan another trip. Highly recommend Auntie Belham’s cabins.
