For the person who was rude and REFUSED to serve me pretzels with no salt on them even though you’re making a fresh batch, hope you get fired. Why work in customer service if you’re gonna be very rude and snotty just because you don’t wanna serve what your customers want? Like, you’re making a fresh batch, just don’t add salt on them is all I asked and you still refused. Not everybody can have salt!
One of the worst places. Didn't even ask size of drink. Gave me large one and I asked medium to change. And charge me large one. Try to ask - work being so rude.(One with glasses and has tattoo on the left arm) Hope manager or onwner knows. We stop by this place at Aug 29. 12:55 pm. If you don't want to work. Please find something else. Do t get jerk to customer. Shitty place that never want to go back. May be owner don't even give shit because of most of customer never visits again. However onwner must know.
Stopped here for the cinnamon sugar bites and they were all out but Danielle offered to cut up the cinnamon pretzel for me and I couldn’t have been more appreciate ! Thank you so much Danielle, you made my experience a really good one !
Stopped here at 12:45pm on a Sunday and was rudely told by employee Danielle that it would 25 minutes to cook most of the things on the menu. Danielle - stop getting mad at people ordering from the menu. This happened to two different people in front of us. People are going to assume that you’re open for business when it’s the middle of the day. Auntie Anne’s - if you can’t figure it out, close this franchise. This service centre would be much better served by almost any other food business.
