I recently visited Auntie Anne’s at the Cerritos Mall and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I used to be a big fan of their pepperoni jalapeño pretzels and was looking forward to getting a fresh one. I politely asked if I could wait for a fresh pepperoni pretzel and requested jalapeños added on top, even offering to pay extra. Management Yelling at employees in front of the customer is a disgusting way to handle any situation. I can only imagine what is said to them behind closed doors. No wonder the place always has new employees. Do you even care about your employees? Or you'll just hire a new one right? Don't work here.
