I had a really disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s. I ordered an almond pretzel, but was given a plain one instead. I didn’t notice right away since my daughter had already started eating it, and by the time I realized, we were about halfway through. When I went back to politely let them know, the staff showed zero concern. Ordered salted pretzel bites and an unsalted pretzel, three times I corrected the order to the worker. Still got the wrong order.
The food was ok but the service and atmosphere was terrible. The workers were really rude and looked like they hated their job. And the atmosphere was very small and tight and it smelled greasy
