Absolutely loved stopping by Auntie Anne’s! The pretzels were warm, fresh, and perfectly baked, with just the right amount of buttery flavor. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was especially delicious, and the lemonade was a refreshing pairing. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. A great place to grab a tasty snack while shopping at Imperial Valley Mall!
Poor customer service - a woman hung up phone on me while i was asking a genuine question. If staff hang up on customers, that’s reflective of the top and down - I suggest the owner retrain on customer service and etiquette
We ordered a cup of Pepperoni Nuggets. Tasty and flavorful. It was a nice side-quest while window shopping at the mall...!

Tienen en el menú diferente medidas de vasos y siempre que voy y pido la medida pequeña NUNCA tienen y hacen que compres el grande obligatoriamente! Si tienen en el menú diferentes medidas TIENEN QUE BRINDAR LA DIFERENTES MEDIDAS! Y para terminar el servicio pesimo la señora que me atendió lo hizo de muy mala gana porque le dije que siempre hacen lo mismo con el vaso pequeño nunca lo tienen! 🙄
