In the immortal words of moms everywhere, you get what you get and you don't get upset. This location serves the auntie annes you know, albeit with a quicker pace and longer lines. I would recommend reviewing the case and selecting an pretzel which is ready to go. Our pretzel bites were cooked appropriately, but your mileage may vary here.

Wish I’d read the reviews. I would have never given them my business. Saying the staff moved at a glacial pace would be high praise. Pretzels tasted fine, but seriously. Rachelle can’t count higher than 1 pretzel at a time (as in I ordered 2, turned to talk with my kid for a sec, and I had to go back later because she’d only given me one) I’d never seen people so annoyed with doing what they were being paid to do before

Several disinterested employees at site that seemed to be doing nothing and not interested in actually making or selling pretzels! No pretzels made when I first arrived. I Was told to come back in 30 minutes and 45 minutes later still no pretzels! I have no idea how this place stays open. Don’t bother coming here go somewhere else where they actually serve food.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolute horrible. We were told they were making more bites in 30 minutes, then 20 more Minutes. But never did. We went to purchase regular pretzels and they were out of those too.
