Slowest place I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m not sure if it the employees or the management but my goodness just fire everybody and start over
The hours may say closed at 8pm but I was informed this visit that they turn the ovens off at 6pm and that whatever has been made since then is all they are selling. So not only are the business hours incorrect but the pretzels they are serving aren't fresh. Other than that their blenders are on all day. Good luck.
This Jamba Juice is about 2 minutes from my home. I go here regularly and almost always order the same item. Avoid this location Friday through Sunday. Every time I go on the weekend the wait is nuts and my smoothy tastes nothing like it's supposed to. Just now I waited 15-20 minutes for 1 smoothy with no one else in line and it tasted like milk and peanut powder with large pieces of ice in it. Love Jamba but this location needs to work on training/staffing.
I went through the drive-thru at 10:30am, and was told that there is a 7-10minute wait for Pretzel and Pretzel Dog because they just opened. How can a place be open for 30 minutes without having any available?! They should have someone come in 30 minutes early to prep. The store should be prepared before the store opens. Poor management.
