Was hesitant based off reviews, we came in an hour before close. Pretzels were hot and fresh, service was great. Will definitely be back.
Visited the storefront location [Stacy Rd.; McKinney] Ordered pretzel dogs, *yikes* burnt product!
I have been to this location many times and have never had an issue. This time, we had to wait for the pretzels to finish baking. That was not an issue. The issue was we both received burnt pretzels. They were not good at all. We live on the other side of McKinney from this location, that’s why I didn’t turn right around to let them know.
