On April 5th 2025 at about 1:15 I go into this place and wanted fresh pretzels because every time i come in here my bread is hard asl . I kindly asked the lady at the register which she was nice about it and understood. So I waited about 10-15 minutes the black lady seems like she purposely taking long on my order talking loud cursing etc like she doesn’t have customers . waited 15 minutes for them to make pretzel bites just for the lady who “handed them” to me over the glass counter without even looking at me… proceeded to ignore me when i asked for an extra bag twice, then yelled at me claiming i had yelled at her. Wanted to order fresh pretzels instead of the ones on display because they had no business. The female staff shook her head while making them and complaining about me. This establishment has no management and horrible service. The advertisement is the pretzel is always made fresh but don’t you dare ask for a fresh one. The staff will let you know they aren’t happy about it. Then they will say it’s a mistake that they were talking to a nonexistent coworker about you.
