Take very long time to do even the basic order of pretzel nuggets. Had to wait for 25 mins for that , not in rush hour .The employees just walk around doing things in slow motion while everyone waits for a long time.
Ordered mini pretzel dogs. Completely undercooked and doughy. I felt sick
Everytime I go the cashier is extremely rude. They purposely move slow and complain about costumers. Like I get that its a small store or that you don't like your job, but dam. Don't take it out on everyone else!
Went into the location, it was empty a young man working there and seemed to be alone. Was told no chocolate soft serve available today. We decided to get all vanilla and then the employee could not even serve any as it was all melted coming straight from the machine. The store looked presentable and decided to try a classic Cinnabon roll. When I returned to work, I realized the Cinnabon roll was raw in the inside. The dough was stretchy and clearly undercooked. Yall have a serious customer service problem that needs to be fully addressed at this point. Your responses that you are a small business so we should let it slide is not permissible. Change it.
