Should work on better customer service and food quality. My daughter loves Auntie Anne’s and these mini pretzels cheese dog things were hard, so hard to chew. Who knows how long they’ve been sitting out for! And it didn’t come with the CHEESE SAUCE like how it’s supposed to!! The young man did not give us a cheese sauce with our food and looked like he has no idea what he was doing. Wasted $10 on some pretzels with no cheese dip. Cashier said "hope that bites you in the rear" when I said no to rounding up for whatever charity they were promoting. what complete and utter unprofessionalism
