Was craving this all day so decided to stop by. Overcharged me for a pretzel by an extra $2. I don’t know how a simple pretzel listed for $4.39 and a cheese for $.99 equals $7.24, even with tax. Normally I wouldn’t care if it’s off a couple cents but $7.24 is a pretty big difference from $5 something, especially in this economy. Didn’t help that the pretzel was hard and too salty. I love the cinnamon pretzel and the cinnamon pretzel nuggets. The customer service was amazing all of the employees are kind and respectful. The cashier that I had when I went her name was Libby and she was extremely kind, respectful and attentive. She was very patient as I was looking for something on my rewards and was very informative as well.
I hate writing reviews but as a fellow person who works in the mall this is not okay. I was gonna get a pretzel but there worker could not put there vape down. It was in there hand while doing everything.
My Mini Pretzel Dogs were burned.
I was at this store yesterday and I had the best experience! This lady that helped me was very professional, she was friendly to my children and myself. Her name is Kristy, and I'd love to give her the recognition of doing a wonderful job and going over and beyond for my children and myself.
