Thank you for my birthday pretzel 🥨 In Old Orchard Mall
Low quality. Had a small, dry, over salted pretzel and it cost around $12; but what do you expect?
Took my kids here for a treat. The staff were very dismissive and rude. They barely had any pretzels available, and this was a weekday in the early afternoon. The prices have outrageously gone up. Not sure why a pretzel now costs $10. Spent $41 on 3 pretzels and a small lemonade. Such a rip off and I definitely declined a tip. I’m not tipping a corporation that jacks up their prices like that, with the most rudest employees who can’t even greet you or crack a smile.
