Took my kids here for a treat. The staff were very dismissive and rude. They barely had any pretzels available, and this was a weekday in the early afternoon. The prices have outrageously gone up. Not sure why a pretzel now costs $10. Spent $41 on 3 pretzels and a small lemonade. Such a rip off and I definitely declined a tip. I’m not tipping a corporation that jacks up their prices like that, with the most rudest employees who can’t even greet you or crack a smile.
Kind of horrified to watch an employee with no gloves (although this still would have been gross with gloves) dig her hands into the pretzel nuggets and then wipe her hands off on her pants and then put her hands back in the pretzel nuggets 🤨 YIKES
Refused to make me pizza pretzels and claimed they were too short staffed for MEAT???? girl 😭 don't be rude to me like that. They didn't even care or offer anything to apologize, they just told me to leave. Mean.
