There only was 1 young gal working, and my pretzel was charred and inedible along with the regular nacho cheese. I did not want to burden the only employee with my concerns as she was the only one working and very busy. This establishment really needs to figure it out. Not fair for the employee doing her best by herself, this review is based on the establishment itself.
Love this place
They're way better than Wetzel Pretzel in the mall. I really liked the Pretzels with cheese sauce, and the Pepperoni Pretzel Nuggets Bucket. I hope they open one in Grants Pass in the near future.
