I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a blue raspberry slushie but the girl at the cashier entered it as strawberry even though I clearly said blue raspberry. When it was time to pick up my order, the employee making the drinks understandably made what was on the ticket. After waiting for a bit, I asked about my slushie, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the cashier insisted that I had ordered strawberry and rolled her eyes at me. **Updated 5/25/26, they still suck and are still scamming their customers. Also, the employees are wearing food service gloves while handling money, food, and drinks without replacing them, and the customer service is absolutely trash.** They are scamming customers and forcing them to upgrade their meals. They claim they don't have whole pretzels available and only have pretzel bites for sale, at $3 upcharge per order. Really lousy customer service
On December 11 at approximately 3:00 PM, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s and ordered a plain,unsaltedpretzel. We clearly requested that it be unsalted, and the employee preparing the pretzels informed us it would take about 30 minutes. When we returned after the stated time, the pretzel had been salted. I am writing to report an incident involving one of your managers that I experienced on October 19 at the downstairs location .During my visit, the manager raised their voice and yelled at myself in a very unprofessional manner. When i calmly asked to know the manager supervisor , the manager responded, “My manager is my manager,” and refused to provide any further assistance or help resolve the issue.
